Let me tell you a thing!
You can stick to alkaline water.
You can hit the gym six days a week, for years.
You can stick to all the veganism in the world.
You can calculate nutrients intake and take supplements for your body.
But if you don't take care of the chaos going on in your head, you are still unhealthy!
You may be the smartest living animal,< but if you overthink, you will get your mind cluttered.
And if you do not de-clutter it, you will start living in your head, contemplate your thoughts over and over again, and take no decisions, no action!
Don't do that, be the smartest animal...

Walk Out of Your Head by Haqiqat Ali is a non-fiction completely speaking about overthinking and things we fill in our heads which most of the time would be unwanted or non necessary things.

The narrative was excellent in my point of view, starting off with listing some basic questions we think or over think within ourselves and slowly answering it in the upcoming chapters made the novel more intriguing. Also, the book cover was one of the interesting factor which strikes to me lately after reading the novel only. Because, that's what novel about keeping thinkings in our head up to the certain level in other way sorting the thinkings happening to ourselves to the required level.

The language is also so lucid and clear. The vocabularies are also kept as simple as it is. Overall, I felt it was a worth buy which gave me an idea about why we overthink? and where we really need to overthink?.
