The Three Wise Monkeys - BOOK REVIEW 4

Image
Blurb - The trio—Amar, Akbar, and Anthony—had no clue whatsoever about their goddammit indecisive-careers-and-indefinite-struggles. And that was because they were born with the Peter Pan Syndrome and were simple enough to be tricked by anyone, including their mystifying girlfriends—Meghna, Farah, and Sarah. And as is the fate of all morons, they were drawn into trouble—deep trouble—of hiding crores of rupees of black money in secret offshore companies. Will their mistake of turning a blind eye to the philosophy of ‘See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil’ cost them their careers and put them in prison?  Or  Will Lady Luck change their fortunes forever? My View - The Three Wise Monkeys by Jeet Gian. " Life is exciting when you have money, honey, and cronies. And then you are hunted down by the police! " with this interesting tag line and continues good reviews and the big news of it going to be a feature film, I had started reading this much expecta

Review 3: GO CLOWN

GO CLOWN #AccheDin for Comedy!  Blurb- When Baby Kiriti arrived in this world, he was like a lost butterfly in a sea of white. A baby who is born and thrust into the huge sea of humanity called India, rides and steers his destiny ship, as he constantly grapples with the Clown inside him, who meanwhile brings out his own set of funny oars in these troubled waters.  The Clown's journey continues on from a Karma-Guru to a trader of special water from Europe (thanks to his Made-in-China friend!), and from a music director (the Bad-Boy theme!) to the founder of a school, and a dirty sock to a sex-crazed, horny bunch of young fellas. The colors of the Clown's comedy are different but he always plays to the circus of life. As Kiriti encounters a wide array of characters from the length and breadth of India, a land as rich as its flavours, the carefree years full of joy and young hopes come to an end, with the sweet smell of Ganja still lingering under the starry nights. Review 2: From Zero To One

Blurb - He thought of the day when he had prayed here first... alone, stranded amidst misery and absolute devastation. He didn't have a will or a way that day. And then, a dream had appeared.... About the author - Maneesha Agarwal (MVG) is a well-read and widely travelled writer, who started her journey with pen through a few published travelogues. She has also worked as an editor with an autonomous government body for three years. MVG always had a penchant for deep thinking, leading her to study Sanskrit to gain insight into the Indian school of thought m This, coupled with her erudite fascination for history and exploring obscure places, has promoted her creativity to crave a fable out of folklore, which she presents in her first book, From zero to one. My view - From Zero to One: The Story of Manu by Maneesha Agarwal is an mythological fiction. The concept of the novel given the grip to read in one go. A novel of 140 pages which covers what is essential to story.

Hello December

Image
As far as I concern December always given me a beautiful future (New Year) by hiding the past (previous years). And, I always admire the December for its flavours of winter. Also, being the last month I likes to welcome it warmly with its cool breeze and very much positivity.        Eleven months had been passed us, some had achieved what they had been decided in start of the year, may some still can't achieve it. Remember those once again, how you started the year and how it changed by now.        Hardly you have 31 days still to spare for another new year. All are up to your hands, how you wanna start an another new year?       Okay, I likes to tell you this what I think before starting every December, "You forget the winter and get the chance to start over. A fresh start. Every year you wait for the first warm day, the next and the next. You think of each is best than last by yourself". Spend the last few days of the year wisely. ✌🏻 "That alway

Review 1 - Ashvamedha: The Game of Power

Image
Blurb - "You have to dethrone a powerful man to become the most powerful. I was itching to defeat the single most powerful person, but there wasn't any. I was left with only one choice — to create one." Little does Ashwin Jamwal know that the last twenty-five years of his life have been controlled by a master manipulator, who wanted to make him the most powerful man on earth, though for a reason! Ashwin steps up to take oath as the youngest Prime Minister of India and is unknowingly thrown into a vortex of power and authority as the entire world is threatened by a faceless enemy — Hades. The world starts to look up to Ashwin as the savior, but he was just a pawn, reared only to be sacrificed in the end. A story of greed, lies, deceptions, manipulations and corruption, Ashvamedha is a thriller revolving around the infamous game of power in a maddening bid to seek absolute control. About the Author Aparna Sinha wrote her first poem when she was

The man you know... the journey you don't

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, one of the most known person in India.  A man who changes the dimensions of Indian cricket team. We all read and listen to his day to day activities somewhere daily, in it. What makes this biopic special? Why it is must watchable? Eventually all will see how he is only after becoming a celebrity but we doesn't know the other side of a coin. A goal keeper to wicket keeper, A ticket collector to biggest trophy winner. Being a celebrity we all loves but ever noticed difficulties in it? You know the man who hits last ball six in ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 but the efforts behind that, did you know? Did you ever imagine how he would be before playing for India & after playing for India. Just imagine how the life of man who is noticeable by media will be? The questions may many but answer was within this biopic only. Did you ever blamed Dhoni for team India loosing? If yes means you have biggest responsibility of watching his biopic.

What should we think of ?

When the kaveri issue is at its peak, my friend pop up with several questions " What made them to behave like this? What makes them to partition in same nation? ". While answering his questions one by one it ended with most notable question, " Here how many of them are good humans? " Most probably a much difficult question to be answer because all were good to themselves in this 21st century. To calm him without proper solution I replied, " You will comes to know when everyone thinks of it ". May be the conversation was ended there itself but his question have valid points, all wants to notice it. May be we divide with states and nations only thing that make us uni te is humanity. The process of humanity itself leads to a solution. Breathe in thoughts of humanity and you will be a humanness. May be some still left with question, 'What was the need to think about humanity in-between?' The humanity that itself a big teacher of a
